Chef Raz Rahav, one of the owners of the OCD group, announced today (Tuesday) the opening of a new pop-up called "Mazon" that will operate in the location of the "OCD" restaurant, which was closed since the outbreak of the "Iron Swords" war.
According to Rahab, in the new pop-up, which will open this Monday and will operate until May 30, a tasting meal of 5-7 courses will be served with what he defined as a "casual fine dining experience".
He added: "The meal will focus on food without decorum inside and outside the plate, from the best raw materials we found and in the tastiest way we can cook it."

The cost of the meal is NIS 370 per diner, including service.
Diners will be given a choice between four types of menu: unlimited, full vegetarian, pescatarian (fish vegetarian) and no side dishes.
It will be possible to add additional restrictions to each of the menus, so that they are adapted, for example, to celiacs and pregnant women.
