Tuesday, January 30th.

9.43 a.m.:

As always outside the bird breeding season, more tree care work is carried out in winter.

The city of Bad Tölz reports that these sometimes lead to traffic disruptions.

On Wednesday, January 31st, tree care work will be carried out on Angerstrasse and in the transition to Badstrasse between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

There will be a complete closure here because a mobile crane is needed to complete the work.

Traffic is being rerouted.

Bus traffic in this area is also affected: Buses 379 and 379V cannot serve the “Lindenhof” stop in Bad Tölz between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. (towards the city center) and will be canceled without replacement.

All passengers are asked to use the surrounding stops “Einbach”, “Hoheneck” or “ZOB-Isarkai”.

The buses in the opposite direction run as scheduled.

Monday, January 29th:

5:46 p.m.:

The VdK local association Tölzer Land invites you to the monthly get-together on Monday, February 5th from 2:30 p.m. in the newly opened traditional Zantl inn at Salzstraße 31.

A musical surprise is also planned.

All members, non-members and interested parties of the VdK are welcome.

There are still a few rooms available for the trip to Tuscany from April 11th to 15th.

Registrations are still being accepted.

The tickets for the event on March 10th in Miesbach in the “Waitzinger Keller” can be picked up.

4:13 p.m.:

The Academy at Schloßplatz invites you to a lecture by Albert Maly-Motta on Friday, February 9th with the title: “Jacques Tati and his films”.

The French film director and comedian Jacques Tati is known as the creator of “Monsieur Hulot, a tall man with trousers that are too short and striped socks, who played the main role in his films, which have almost no dialogue.

Without this inspiration, the English “Mr.

Bean” is unthinkable, but the German legend Loriot also often used him.

Albert Maly-Motta presents the life and films of Jacques Tati in his lecture, and shows that Tati was more than just a comedian: his films “Mon Oncle” and “Playtime” show him as a critic of modern architecture, which always becomes more soulless and uniform.

It starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Tölzer Marionette Theater. Entry costs 14 euros.
