Although the Buenos Aires Justice released the 30
river
barracks
detained after the clashes between factions of
Los Borrachos del Tablón
, in the vicinity of the
Monumental , the
maximum sentence
of
four years of prohibition from attending stadiums
was applied to them
for various violations of Law 5,847, which establishes in several of its articles and subsections the legal and institutional bases of the “Comprehensive Regime for Football Events of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.”
The protagonists had been detained, but were released on Monday after giving statements for the crime of
"resisting authority and injuries in a fight
. "
For her part, Dr.
Celsa Ramírez
, from the Special Prosecutor's Office for Mass Events, sent her team to the River field to request the club's security cameras from the weekend in search of more evidence of what happened on Sunday. in the fight between the bars.
One of the ideas is that all those who are identified in the fight, beyond the 30 initially mentioned,
are included in the list of right of admission
, where so far there are about
800 River bars
, of the 4,500 Millionaire sympathizers who They are included in the
Tribuna Segura
database
.
Among them was
Alejandro Medina
, better known as “Ale de Budge”, who led the group that caused the episode of violence that occurred on Cantilo Avenue, near the Labruna Bridge, with the intention of regaining power within the tribune of River.
Medina began to be part of the River bar twenty years ago, within the group of Alan Schlenker and Adrián Rousseau.
He was second line, but his power grew, to the point that he was one of the bars that traveled to the 2006 World Cup in Germany. And after
the murder of Gonzalo Acro in 2007
, he stayed on the side of Rousseau's successors, Martín Araujo and Guillermo "Caverna" Godoy, who ended up taking over the ranks and establishing themselves as the new bosses some time later.
The thirty detainees of the River dissident group, last Sunday, prior to the match against Argentinos Juniors.
Medina was one of the bars who threatened referee Sergio Pezzotta in 2011 at halftime of the Promotion match against Belgrano that condemned River to relegation.
And in March 2015 it began to fall.
After a fight with Tigres de México fans in the Obelisco area, prior to a match for the group stage of the Copa Libertadores, the Police intervened and
found weapons of war in the car
in which Ale and his team were traveling. son Brian.
That's why he was imprisoned, but he was released from prison after eight months.
They also banned him from entering the field.
But he continued hanging around the Monumental and managing the group in the South zone of the bar.
At the same time, due to La Salada's business, he ended up shot in June 2016 and was admitted to a hospital in Lomas de Zamora.
And he also acted as a custodian at the Truckers' events, the union run by Hugo and Pablo Moyano.
In September 2019, after an attempt to take over the stands before a match that River played for the Argentine Cup against Godoy Cruz on the Lanús field, the Police arrested him again.
But some time later, he was released again: it was in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, in April 2020, when
they gave him house arrest
.
Medina wanted to return, but couldn't.
The same bar put a lock on it.
To make matters worse, he quarreled with Caverna Godoy, although over time they smoothed over their differences and met again to form a group that would try to regain power in the stands.
Caverna Godoy
, for his part, had been known on the River Plate planet for a long time, but he rose to fame due to
the raid that was carried out on him in November 2018
, prior to the truncated final of the Libertadores between River and Boca in the Monumental, which ended up being played in Madrid after the attack on the Boca bus.
During the search they found close to seven million pesos and three hundred tickets.
At that time, two legal cases
were opened against Caverna Godoy
, one for money laundering that continues to be processed in the National Justice and another for resale of tickets in the Buenos Aires Justice.
In both, without preventive detention.
But in April of last year another process was opened against him that did leave him detained when
he led a caravan of 253 bars
trying to enter the Monumental for a match against Argentinos Juniors.
Caverna Godoy, with a cap, one of those arrested in April of last year.
That day he was accused of being the head of an illicit association plus the crime of disobedience for violating the judicial prohibition on attendance at stadiums.
But that case was already closed after Caverna arranged with the Justice Department
a payment of 50,000 pesos to the Garraham Hospital
as comprehensive reparation for the damage and he was released.
From the outside, Caverna follows all the events.
His presence in Los Borrachos del Tablón dates back to the late nineties and he has been close to the leaders since 2002. In fact, he was one of the members who
was listed as an employee of the club and had a salary receipt
, during the presidency of
José María Aguilar
.
Caverna has been on the admission right list for some time and after the aforementioned arrest he suffered in April 2022 before a River match with Argentinos, he was weakened.
To the point that today he looks from the outside at how other groups take his place.
The Ferreras clan is the one that saw
the opportunity to climb
.
The brothers cannot go to the Monumental because they have the right of admission, but they did go to the Interior.
For example, they were seen in the Madre de Ciudades of Santiago del Estero, in the final for the Champions Trophy that River won against Rosario Central.
They made an alliance with
historical
bars
, who were in the dissident and who were close enemies of theirs in the past and in the barcode, they claim that they “betrayed” Caverna.
Mauro, Alejo, Leandro and Leonel Ferreras
are four brothers born in the Buenos Aires town of Béccar.
They command the recruitment of people in the northern zone who then join the faction of which they are part and distribute, as needed, in the businesses they manage: sale of merchandising and drinks on match days at the Monumental, operation of rags and even security at massive events, among others.
Leandro Ferreras
, 31 years old, became known when in 2014
he stole Lionel Messi's shirt
after a match that the Argentine National Team played with Colombia in the South American Qualifiers at the Monumental stadium.
The sequence was recorded by the broadcast and in the images you can clearly see the moment in which “La Pulga” takes off his 10 while he was heading to the locker room and, when he had it in his hand, someone who came from behind took it off and he ran away.

That same year, three of the four Ferreras brothers entered the house of
Ariel “Pato” Calvici
, today one of their allies, with weapons and threatened to kill his wife.
He also involved them in the attack on
Diego Cadena
, head of the Western group, who was stabbed on a public street and beaten until he was unconscious.
Mauro Ferreras
, another member of the clan,
became much more famous .
He was the
hooded man
who entered – along with other bars – the Belgrano field in the first game of the Promotion between the “Millonario” and the Cordoban Pirate.
Meanwhile, Alejo and Leonel were detained accused of other crimes.

The growth of the Ferreras on the platform occurred in recent years, when in the midst of the internal war for the power of the bar they put together a squad with people recruited in the town of La Cava, near Beccar.
Now they took more power and joined “Pato” Calvici, Hernán Taboada and Alejandro “Zapatero” Flores, who are historical bars, especially Flores, one of the bosses of Los Borrachos in the '90s.
The three of them were outside and were part of the dissident faction, along with many people from the West.
However, beyond this alliance, which returned them to the center of the scene, Calvici, Taboada and Flores cannot enter the Monumental either because they are on the Safe Tribune admission list.
Of course, despite appearing in the database, they only do not enter stadiums in the City of Buenos Aires, since they were seen in other jurisdictions, such as in Santiago del Estero.
For this reason, they are going to see River on fields in the Interior or as a visitor in the Copa Libertadores.
The complete statement of the maximum penalty for the River bars
By decision of the Minister of Security of the City, Waldo Wolff, the 30 bars involved in the incidents last Sunday, January 28 in the vicinity of the Monumental, will be penalized with the impediment of access and permanence to any stadium in the framework of any match for the period of 48 months.
This prohibition is the highest contemplated by Justice and has its foundations in Law 5,847, which establishes in several of its articles and subsections the legal and institutional bases of the “Comprehensive Regime for Football Events of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires” that contemplates as main regulation the preservation of the physical and patrimonial integrity of people in football events both before, during and after, as well as the transfer of delegations.
This same law allows action against those who exercise violence in carrying out these events, encompassing all the entities that organize them: AFA, FIFA and/or CONMEBOL.
In turn, it determines that the optional body to be able to apply it is the Undersecretary of Citizen Security dependent on the Ministry of City Security with its minister at the head.
For this reason, and in light of the events that occurred on January 28, the sanction detailed herein was inexorably resolved.
