Collectors are wanted.

The countdown has begun: in two weeks, the region's largest carnival parade will roll through Olching's streets again.
But there are no helpers.
Olching – On Shrove Tuesday, tens of thousands will celebrate and cheer on the occupants of the creatively decorated floats (and the foot groups).
However, the crisis does not stop at the organizers of the Olching carnival parade committee.
As last year, Luca Maier, chief organizer and former carnival prince, points out that costs are constantly rising due to inflation.
Security and toilet facilities have to be paid for.
The club's treasury is becoming increasingly burdened.
The first austerity measures were taken last year.
“In addition to corporate donations and subsidies from the city, the fundraisers on Shrove Tuesday are our main source of income,” explains Maier.
It's about the helpers who go through the streets with a can and collect money from the audience.
But they are apparently becoming increasingly rare.
“Unfortunately, in recent years there have been fewer and fewer volunteers who would like to take on this task,” explains Maier.
There is even a reward: you can keep ten percent of the donations you collect yourself.
“A dedicated collector can add up to a nice sum,” says Maier.
In order to continue to allow the carnival procession to take place in Olching and to keep this tradition alive for a long time, the Olching carnival procession committee needs help.
We are looking for committed fundraisers who can parade through the main street with a donation box and sell badges for two euros.
