The police speak of a “victim specificity”: the same resident was injured in all cases of the windshields that were smashed several times in Hausham.

Hausham

– An unknown perpetrator has smashed the windshield of a parked car on Nagelbachstrasse in Hausham at least three times in the past four months.

Despite this accumulation, the police do not suspect arbitrary vandalism behind the acts, as a spokesman for the officers explained when asked.

Rather, there is a “victim specificity” in the room: In all cases, the same vehicle owner was injured – according to the investigators, a 60-year-old resident of Hausham.

Because of the suspected connection to the person, a general fear of no longer being able to park safely on Nagelbachstrasse is probably unfounded, says the spokesman.

“We have no indication that there is a general danger.”

Damage amounts to over 2000 euros

As reported, the perpetrator hit a VW Golf parked there with a stone at the end of October.

At the beginning of January the crime was repeated in a VW Multivan.

The unknown man last struck on the night of Thursday, January 25th.

The Miesbach police again sent out an almost identical call for witnesses.

Anyone who has information about the perpetrator should contact the Miesbach police station on 0 80 25 / 29 90.

The officials estimated the material damage in the first two cases at several hundred euros each, and in the third case the damage amounted to 1,300 euros.

No relevant information appears to have been received yet: the call for witnesses still applies.
