The expected punishment for Haro is six months of community service and a fine of NIS 700,000, but it is still subject to the court's decision.
According to the indictment, the fictitious sale is what allowed Haro to take the position of Chief of Staff in the Prime Minister's Office in 2014. As part of Haro's investigation, it was discovered that although he undertook to sell the company upon taking office and not to engage in its affairs, he continued to manage it even after his appointment, despite claiming Because it was sold for three million dollars.
The indictment also shows that in 2014 a company called "Nip Global" invited the President of Madagascar, who conditioned his visit to Israel on holding an official meeting with the President or the Prime Minister.
After the Ministry of Foreign Affairs refused the request for a meeting, the company's representatives turned to Hero, who directed them to "H3 Global", and following the contact, it was agreed on cooperation between the companies regarding the visit of the President of Madagascar.
Harro admitted that he helped coordinate the meeting between the President of Madagascar and the Prime Minister, acting in a situation of conflict of interest between his public role and his personal interest.
