Sindelsdorf - The protest action by the Weilheim-Schongau Farmers' Association (BBV) on Wednesday (January 31) at the A95 motorway junction near Sindelsdorf ended without incident.
Around 25 tugs and almost 50 participants gathered in the morning.
Organizer Hermann Karg, BBV local chairman in Etting, draws this conclusion.
The access roads to Munich and Garmisch were closed a total of four times for 15 minutes each.
This was done by a tractor and a police vehicle.
Traffic was then allowed to pass through again for 30 minutes each.

The campaign “went really well,” said Karg after the Rundschau.
“Everything went well.” The organizer also emphasizes the good cooperation with the local police.
The protest began at 10 a.m.
The two driveways were then closed briefly.
At the end, the participants rolled through Penzberg with their protest posters on their tractors and back to the starting point at the commuter parking lot on the B472.
The action was over at around 12.45 minutes.
No long traffic jams and “tough” approval
There were no major traffic jams at the junction.
The protest in Sindelsdorf took place “without any special incidents,” said Stefan Sonntag, press spokesman for the Upper Bavaria South Police Headquarters in Rosenheim, when asked by Rundschau.
There were short-term traffic disruptions, but they were not serious.
According to organizer Karg, the farmers received “a great deal of understanding” for their campaign from road users.
Only the approval process for the campaign in advance with the Weilheim district office was “very slow,” he complained to the district authority.
