The exact location of the RTL jungle camp is kept a big secret.
Jan Köppen now gives much more than just a hint.
Murwillumbah - Once a year there is a state of emergency at RTL: For the major jungle camp project, not only the celebrity residents but also numerous employees fly to Australia to make the popular TV show possible.
The approximate location of the production facility is known, but the broadcaster has never revealed the exact location.
Now it seems as if presenter Jan Köppen (40) has made a mistake that could change everything.

After Cora Schumacher (47) voluntarily left, Sarah Kern (56), Anya Elsner (20) and David Odonkor (39) have now also vacated their place at the jungle camp campfire.
Immediately after the audience vote, the stars go back to the hotel, which is about 40 minutes away from the set.
This makes it clear: the jungle camp cannot be located that deep in the rainforest of Australia - on the contrary.
It is a private property not far from the town of Murwillumbah.
In the outgoing forest, various production companies have worked together to create the perfect “I’m a star – get me out of here!” location.
The fact that the team is not in the middle of the almost limitless rainforest became clear after an
post from Jan Köppen.
The presenter used a break from the jungle camp to test his drone.
In one clip he stands in the white sand on the beach - while his drone moves further and further away and climbs higher.
The spectators quickly get an overview of the entire area.
Not far from the beach you can see a forest, with numerous roofs peeking out between the trees.
You can see mountains in the background.

Anyone who looks closely at Jan Köppen's video is likely to find one or two clues to the exact location of the jungle camp.
And now we know: The production facility is not only right by the sea, but also not that far from civilization.
He was apparently able to help someone with the clip and give enough information: ex-bachelor Andrej Mangold (37).
He comments under the post: “Now you have revealed where you are.”
Other fans are also very enthusiastic about the photos - but especially because of the breathtaking view.
"What a nice place.
“Wonderful,” enthuses one viewer.
Others, however, would like even clearer images.
“Fly over the camp with it,” demands one user.
There's still a lot to see there - among other things, the stars have been nominating themselves for the disgust tests since week two.
Even Heinz Hoenig (72) was finally allowed to take part in a jungle test after the permanent ban.
