Farmers continue to block major roads around Paris, for a third consecutive day, this Wednesday, January 31.
Their goal is always to “siege” the capital.
Despite the speech given by Gabriel Attal to the National Assembly on Tuesday, the farmers are not letting up.
Le Figaro
takes stock of the blockages in Île-de-France.
This Wednesday morning, Gérald Darmanin announced that he had identified
“100 blocking points”
and
“10,000 demonstrators”
.
The Minister of the Interior insisted that there is no question of dislodging the farmers, because they
"are not delinquents", while warning
that the government
"will not let (them)"
paralyze Paris and in its surroundings.
Because despite the first measures announced by the government, agricultural mobilization is not weakening.
On Tuesday, the territorial intelligence services identified nearly 120 blocking points, with 12,000 farmers mobilized, more than 6,000 tractors at the national level, even if Brussels has outlined concessions, particularly on the issue of fallow land.
Many blockages
