We love to give good news, and that is that the 51-year-old Argentine creator, Adrián Appiolaza, has just been elected Creative Director of Moschino, a firm that until now we had associated with Jeremy Scott, who left the position in March 2023 after ten years (at which time Davide Renne was chosen to succeed him, who unfortunately died 10 days later).
The path taken by this respected designer is impressive.
His most recent position was at Loewe where he worked as ready-to-wear design director for ten years;
but before that he had already worked at Chloé, he had worked with Marc Jacobs at Louis Vuitton and with Miuccia Prada at Miu Miu.

Graduated from Central Saint Martins and loved in the fashion world, he currently has the eyes of the industry and fashion lovers on him.
"Adrian brings with him a unique wealth of experience, creativity and knowledge of fashion history that will be instrumental in writing a wonderful new chapter in the adventure of the brand founded by Franco Moschino," Massimo Ferretti, president, said in a statement. executive of the Aeffe group, owner of Moschino.
Appiolaza also expressed: "I am deeply grateful to Massimo Ferretti for allowing me access to the world of Moschino as well as a house whose walls exude a story that I am eager to hear. I am ready to transport this maison to a new chapter, with a touch theatrical, in the purest Moschino style".
Next February 22 he will present his first collection for the brand at Milan fashion week and we can't wait to see it.
