Asem Nestlé announced today (Wednesday) a 14% increase in the price of the company's products.
Among the products whose prices are expected to increase: sabar salads, tivol, noodles for soup, bonjour, ketchup and sauces, cookies and chocolate-based products.
"We are forced to update the price list for retailers of some of the company's products due to very significant cumulative price increases," the company said in a statement.
"The considerable cumulative price increases oblige us to partially adjust the price list, which only partially compensates for the price increases, while we continue to absorb most of them."

Yesterday the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure informed that the price of fuel will increase by 16 shekels per liter and 22 shekels per liter in full service.
The price of fuel will increase starting tonight and will be the highest since July 2022, when the price totaled more than NIS 8.
The price of a liter of 95 octane fuel will be NIS 7.38 per liter.
This is an increase of pennies in the last month, which is joined by an increase of 44 pennies per liter about a month ago, after the excise tax benefit was not renewed.
In addition to this, the increase in fuel prices will also increase the transportation prices, and will create waves of price increases for food and other products.
However, an immediate increase in public transport fares is not expected, these are updated once a year, with the state directly compensating the operator for such increases.
