Martin Guespereau is the new director of the Paris-Saclay Public Development Establishment (EPA), the armed arm of the State to carry out the operation of national interest (OIN) decreed in 2010 within the framework of the law of Greater Paris.

The EPA's scope of action extends over 27 municipalities in Essonne and Yvelines, with several strategic ZAC (concerted development zones), such as Moulon in Gif-sur-Yvette, the École district polytechnique in Palaiseau, or even Satory Ouest in Yvelines and the ZAC Gare de Guyancourt Saint-Quentin.
And two new ones, announced by Martin Guespereau on January 29 during his vows, in Guyancourt on an old wasteland and one at Christ de Saclay.
