The Tölz police had quite a bit of trouble with a man (52) from Benediktbeuern late on Tuesday evening.

The drunk later also rioted in the Tölz hospital.

Benediktbeuern - As the press report states, the man got into an argument with his roommate around 10 p.m.

He then called the emergency number.

However, before the patrol officers arrived, the 52-year-old fled on his bicycle.

A little later he was seen on the cycle path between Bichl and Benediktbeuern.

The man was noticeably drunk, the police write.

He was supposed to be stopped, but left again.

A short time later he was found in the apartment of an acquaintance in Benediktbeuern.

The police wanted to take him into custody there, but the 52-year-old offered considerable physical resistance by trying to break away from the officers' grip.

He repeatedly tried to injure the police officers with targeted kicks.

But they finally managed to take him into custody and take him to the Tölz hospital for a blood sample.

In the Asklepios city clinic, the man threatened and insulted two doctors, and here he also showed himself to be violent and resisted again.

The man is now awaiting several reports, the police write.

All officers and doctors deployed were uninjured during the operation.
