Homeless person in severe hypothermia in Créteil: Samu 94 reveals its telephone exchanges with the victim

We know a little more about what happened that night, on the freezing bench of a bus stop in Créteil.

A homeless man found himself between life and death after calling for help on the 15th, frozen in the cold.

Ten days after the events, Samu 94 decided to shed light on several gray areas which persisted in this affair for which the Créteil public prosecutor's office opened an investigation for failure to assist a person in danger.

This was taken over by the Brigade for the Repression of Delinquency Against the Person (BRDP) of the judicial police (DRPJ), announced the prosecution.
