On October 13 and 17, the Paris town hall organized, with the help of the company Crisotech, a simulation of an extreme heatwave in the capital.
Objective of the maneuver: to test the good coordination of services if the capital had to face extreme temperatures of up to 50 degrees and to analyze the multiple problems that this type of situation could cause.

Three months later, the City presented this Wednesday, January 31, the first lessons learned from this operation.
“Good coordination between all stakeholders will allow us to face possible crises,” insists Pénélope Komites, the deputy (PS) in charge of Paris’s resilience strategy.
“It will also be necessary to identify places of rest for all those involved who will be mobilized in the event of a crisis,” anticipates the elected official.
