Waakirchen / Gmund – “It’s the third case in a month,” explains the Bad Wiessee police.

The vehicles were always parked on the way to one of the train stations or near the train station.
Purse theft at Schaftlach and Moosrain train stations: perpetrators bought train tickets with EC cards – police are looking for witnesses
“The crimes took place overnight, probably even in the morning hours, when the perpetrator or perpetrators were on the way to the train station,” explains the police.
In two cases, the perpetrator or perpetrators then used stolen EC cards to buy train tickets to Munich.
According to the police, there is unfortunately no video footage available.
The Bad Wiessee police are now looking for the perpetrator or perpetrators: Witnesses who have made suspicious observations should report them to the police in Bad Wiessee (telephone 08022/98780).
If witnesses observe the perpetrators tampering with vehicles or searching vehicles in the future, this should be reported immediately to the Bad Wiessee police or via the emergency number 110.
