Pietro Lombardi is an Instagram sensation with millions of followers, but only follows three people himself, but who exactly does he follow?
Pietro Lombardi, who became one of the most sought-after stars in German show business thanks to his victory in “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” in 2011, shares his life openly on Instagram.
But even though two million people follow him, he takes an exceptionally selective approach: he only follows three accounts.
This decision surprised and at the same time made many of his fans and followers curious.
RTL recently announced that season 21 of DSDS with Pietro Lombardi would be extremely short.

Pietro Lombardi's Instagram profile is a window into his everyday life, successes and personal moments.
In contrast to many other celebrities who follow hundreds of accounts, Pietro has decided to follow only three people: his fiancée Laura Maria Rypa, who is currently expecting the couple's second child together, and the music producer Dieter Bohlen, who acts as a kind of mentor applies to Lombardi, as well as the music label Gefaelltmir-Media-GmbH, which is closely linked to his career.
Pietro's reasons for the tough rule
: When a fan directly asked why he only follows three people, Lombardi replied in his Instagram story that other accounts simply don't interest him.
He sees no added value in following accounts that he has nothing to do with in real life.
This clear stance reflects his attitude to using social media consciously and purposefully instead of allowing himself to be overwhelmed by the flood of content.

Ex-girlfriend Sarah continues to follow Pietro Lombardi on Instagram
Interestingly, his ex-partner Sarah Engels is not one of the three people Lombardi follows on Instagram.
Despite sharing responsibility for their son Alessio, Lombardi seems to take the position that communication and coordination regarding her son is better done outside of social media.
Sarah Engels, who is now happily married and started her own family, continues to share her life on Instagram and also follows Lombardi there.
