According to the indictment, last December, the accused picked up the complainant in his car from Jabotinsky Street in Ramat Gan.
During the driving lesson, he asked the complainant if she was exercising, touched her hand, told her that her hand was "shapely", and immediately afterwards touched her stomach above her shirt.
Later, the teacher raped her while telling her that he "can calm her down" before her upcoming driving test.
The complainant herself felt paralyzed and asked him to let her get out of the vehicle, but even though she told him enough, he did not stop his actions, he took his hand out of her panties and touched her private parts with his hand and continued committing the sexual offenses.
Later, the teacher grabbed the complainant's face and tried to kiss her on the mouth.
She froze, then he turned to her and asked her why she wasn't responding.
After that, the defendant picked up another female student for a driving lesson, and at the end of the lesson, he dropped the other female student off at her house and asked the complainant, who was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle at the time, to move to the front seat.
The complainant refused to do so and the accused asked her again, until she excused herself and moved to the front seat.

The mother of the complainant described in the police investigation the mental state of her daughter, who called her after the acts were committed, when she was upset and crying and told her about the acts the teacher had committed against her.
In the confrontation between the two, the complainant accused the teacher of the acts he committed against her, while he claimed that some of the acts were done consensually and denied that he had committed acts of rape on her.
After the teacher was summoned for questioning, he sent the complainant a message: "I was invited to the police, is there a connection?"
And immediately after sending the message, delete the message and try to contact her.
In the request to extend the terms of the house arrest, it is written: "The accused took advantage of his status as a driving instructor and the noticeable age gap between him and the complainant, which is about 60 years, and especially the fact that he and the complainant are in the car, when the complainant has nowhere to run."
