According to the suspicion, a resident of the Sawa settlement in his 50s, arrived at the work site and threatened the workers that if they continued with the infrastructure construction work, he would destroy them and "sent them to life imprisonment".
Upon receiving the report on the incident, the investigators and detectives of the IMR acted covertly using a variety of means in order to collect incriminating evidence against the suspects involved.
During the activity, a suspicious person arrived on the scene, approached the workers, and began threatening them, claiming that the area belonged to him, when, among other things, he told them that if they continued their work they would be in trouble, threatened to eliminate the foreman, burn the work tools on the spot and continued to threaten their lives.
