    Right there he will move his business to a new place called 'Era Ora Steak House'.

Together with the young restaurateur from Abruzzo and his partner Chiara Taraborrelli, who has always been at his side, all the Vasto staff will move and will be an active part of this new gastronomic project.


    Ettore's professional journey began in Barcelona and then returned to Vasto where he opened his own restaurant in 2017, a place that was missing (hence the name: precisely "Era Ora Braceria").


   In just 7 years, the restaurant has become a national reference for those looking for high quality meat.

The opening in Malta is scheduled for mid-March.

The restaurant is located in SanJulian, in a very cool neighborhood of the city.

Don Perignon's restaurant and, recently, Flavio Briatore's pizzeria will also open in the same building.

Together with Ettore and Chiara, four of their collaborators will also move to Malta, who have decided to leave Vasto, change their lives and fully embrace the project.

They are NicolaSoria, Ettore's right-hand man and chef, Daniela Veggiato, veteran and trusted person in the dining room, Andrea Stanisci and TarekTarik Ullah, originally from Banglaesh.


    'Era Ora Steak House' will be a large venue with 200 seats, inside and out, with the Mediterranean Sea to admire on three sides and will be open for both lunch and dinner with a total staff of 22 collaborators.

The design will be minimal but elegant.

In the kitchen there will be very fine cuts of meat, an international repertoire like Vasto, some first courses, but also a lot of Abruzzo with kebabs and various pecorino cheeses.

"I will bring with me a piece of Abruzzo - says Ettore - with our cheeses and cured meats selected from the best farms and the kebabs from Villa Celiera".

The Vasto restaurant closed a few days ago.

"In the last few evenings we have been moved several times - he concludes - by our customers who have come to visit us".
