A motorcycle driver in his 20s was killed today (Thursday) after being hit by a vehicle on Route 66 near Givat Oz in the north, around Afula.
The Magen David Adom team arrived at the scene and located the victim, with multiple systemic injuries and no signs of life.
"During the serious accident, a motorcyclist was hit by a vehicle - which began to catch fire," said Paramedic MD Ron Toger. When we arrived at the scene, we saw the motorcyclist lying unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, we performed medical tests but he had no signs of life and we had to determine His death. One injured person was rescued from the burning vehicle and taken to the hospital in a minor condition."

Also, a 62-year-old man is in serious condition after he lost consciousness in a home pool in a seat in the Mate Yehuda Regional Council, probably due to a medical background.
He was pulled from the water by the Magen David Adom team who performed CPR on him and evacuated him to Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot.
MDA emergency medicine medic Avraham Wiesel said: "The man was lying on the floor near the edge of the pool after being pulled from the water by people who were there. He was unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, when his heart started beating after CPR - he was taken to the hospital."
