And the big buffets.
In Coeur d’Essonne, we decided to innovate.
“I invented paid wishes,” laughs Éric Braive, the president (SE) of this agglomeration bringing together 21 municipalities in the north of the department, and mayor of Leuville-sur-Orge.
Because “this meeting” thrown at the guests was in fact “a trap” where “it’s going to be about sorrel”, joked the elected official in the Gérard-Philipe room in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, Monday January 29 .

That evening, all guests were invited to put their hands in their pockets.
The objective: to buy baskets of fresh vegetables for the benefit of Restos du Cœur, for an amount of 5 euros, 10 euros or 20 euros.
Inside, carrots, leeks, lentils, potatoes, but also soups and jam.
“These are quality products, which do not harm the environment, sold directly by producers at the price they themselves set,” specifies the president.
