For a fourth consecutive day, farmers are maintaining pressure on the main roads around Paris this February 1.
Tractors surround the capital, in response to the call from the FNSEA and Young Farmers unions.
Despite the speech given by Gabriel Attal to the National Assembly on Tuesday, the farmers are not letting up.
Their objective remains to
“besiege”
Paris.
Tension rose a notch on Wednesday evening with the first arrests of demonstrators who wanted to block the Rungis market.
91 people were arrested at the end of the afternoon after an intrusion into the wholesale market, where
“degradations”
were committed.
But the convoy leaving Agen, arriving near the market in the evening, packed up this Thursday morning under pressure from the police.
Le Figaro
takes stock of the blockages this Thursday in Île-de-France.
Many blockages
Like the day before, eight blockage points are maintained around Paris on the A1, A4, A5a, A6, A10, A13, A15 and A16 motorways.
The
A1 motorway
towards Paris is in fact blocked at Senlis (60) and Roissy-en-France.
In the other direction, it is closed at the commune of Epiais-lès-Louvres (95).
To the east, on the
A4
towards Paris, the axis is blocked between Serris and Ferrières-en-Brie.
Same blockage towards the province.
The
A6
towards Paris is still closed between Savigny-sur-Orge and Wissous.
In Chilly-Mazarin, near Paris-Orly airport and not far from Rungis, in Essonne, a major traffic jam was already reported on the A6 from 7 a.m. Thursday morning in the direction of Lyon.

The
