Micol Zorzella, a 36-year-old chef from Verona, thus responded to the growing difficulties of finding staff, especially in the dining room, in his restaurant Antica Amelia Bistrot in the historic center of Verona, already winner of Alessandro Borghese's "4Ristoranti" contest.

The idea is of a single table, where the chef will personally serve the dishes cooked for the customers.


    It is the "The Table" project: there will only be a large 12-seater table, where guests share lunch or dinner with strangers, with the chef who will take the reins of the activity alone, in the kitchen and in the dining room.
