Rapper Booba was summoned before an investigating judge on Monday January 29 for not having respected his judicial control,

In question, the singer once again questioned Magali Berdah on social networks, while her judicial review, decided on October 2 following her indictment for
“aggravated moral harassment”
against the creator of the influencer agency Shauna Events, forbade him.
“I stopped talking about her and now she’s the one harassing me?! @MagaliBerdah you stop talking about me immediately!!! Thank you,”
exclaimed Booba on X (formerly Twitter) on October 28.
This tweet, which earned him a judge's summons, is not the only time Booba has spoken to Magali Berdah on X since October 2, despite the ban on contact with her.
From October 5, his judicial control had to be reinforced by an investigating judge who had prohibited him, not only from entering into contact with the influencer's agent, but even from simply commenting on related publications. with her or to mention her name on social networks,

The rapper, deeming it too strict, actually appealed this reinforcement, which was canceled in December 2023 by the courts.

A final subject of discord between Booba and Magali Berdah concerns the hypothesis of a “provisional detention” of the rapper.
