LE FIGARO.- Western countries have delivered you enough weapons to allow you to resist the Russians, but not enough to allow you to win the war.

- We are grateful to our partners because their weapons allowed us to repel the initial invasion.
But it is clear that the current level of arms deliveries, both quantity, pace and dynamics, is not enough to expel Russia from Ukraine.
Is this a deliberate action on the part of our partners?
We do not think so.
The reason is rather the unpreparedness of the West for a war of this magnitude in Europe.

That is why the main goal for 2024 should be increasing the production of weapons and ammunition in EU countries and Ukraine.
Things are ultimately quite simple.
