Hausham – It is almost a tradition for the Hausham traditional costumers to celebrate their end of the year celebration at the beginning of January.
As usual, deserving members were honored.
The Schlierachtaler Trachtler recently invited their members to a cozy get-together.
The Noglbachmusi from Hausham ensured a “staade hour”, performing quiet and reverent pieces with zither, guitar and bass violin.
The room music was complemented by theater director Franziska Tittert, who made people laugh but also think with entertaining stories.
Eight-year-old Anna Leitner received special applause when she performed Christmas pieces with her harp.
The cozy evening in the Trachtenheim concluded with the annual honors for long-standing members of the Trachtenverein.
First board member Hans Walleitner as well as his deputy Leonhard Röpfl and treasurer Gerhard Niedermeier thanked those celebrating their anniversary for their “decades of loyalty to the Schlierachtaler”.
