Today (Thursday) an agreement was signed on the establishment of a national system to treat post-trauma in soldiers.  

The center will be established with the cooperation of the IDF Disabled People's Organization, with the support of the Ministry of Defense and thanks to a donation from the Friends of the IDF organization in the USA.

"The national system for the treatment of post-trauma in soldiers", will be opened at Sheba Hospital.

At the same time, treatment centers for mental health will be opened in Beit HaLochem facilities throughout the country, with an emphasis on the north and south.

The centers will take care of the trauma victims from among the security forces as well as their families.

In addition, the centers will train many more therapists who will be taught by experts tools for the treatment of total trauma, innovative technologies and simulations at Messer - the National Center for Medical Simulation.
