A serious case of committing sexual offenses against minors, by a resident of the center of the country, while they were under the influence of dangerous drugs provided to her by the Israel Police

Firas Harev was accused yesterday (Wednesday) of sexually assaulting a young woman who came to the police station to file a complaint, and later urged her not to complain about his actions.

According to the charge filed by the police investigation department, the complainant arrived at the station in Tel Aviv in order to file a complaint against her ex-partner for sexual offenses - where Piras met her and suggested that she return to the station the next day.

Firas drove her back to her house, and followed her into her house - leaving his body camera in the police car.

He entered the complainant's bedroom - where he sexually assaulted her.

After the defendant left the apartment, the victim called the police hotline, reported what had happened and announced that she wanted to commit suicide.

After that, she left for the police station in order to file a complaint against Firas.

After receiving the complainant's call to the police station, Firas, according to the indictment, reported that he would take care of the call himself, and drove to the complainant, and expressed his pleas: "I ask for forgiveness for everything that happened. That I will die, that I will get cancer, I don't know what It will happen to me."

The accused policeman continued to beg the young woman: "I don't know why this happened, but A. Don't ruin my life. I'm begging you. I'll help you!" Do me a favor and that's it, we'll close it well?"

"I apologize for everything that happened. That I will die, that I will get cancer."

Immediately after that, he activated his body camera and, according to the charge, convinced the young woman to "admit" that she did not intend to harm herself and was not interested in medical treatment, that she called the police out of stress and that she did not know who the policeman who came to her house was.

After Firas left the place, the young woman went on her way to the station in order to file a complaint against him.

The charge mentions false reports written by Piras, according to which he "met the complainant known to him as someone who is mentally unhealthy near her home."

He claimed that after he took her to her house, she asked him to go up to the apartment because she was afraid of her partner, so he entered the apartment with her.

There, the accused stated, she told him that her mental state was bad, approached him and told him, among other things, that he was "handsome".

In response, according to him, he "took her away from him with his hands", thus justifying the sexual contact between them.

The indictment attributes to Firas the commission of crimes of indecent act, impeachment in the investigation, obstruction of justice and fraud and breach of trust.
