Ramez Sali Abu Salim was released in February 2003, in the same year he carried out a suicide attack in Cafe Hillel in Jerusalem, seven Israelis were murdered in this attack.
Louie Raad Barghouti was released from prison in March 2003, in September of that year he carried out a suicide attack in Zerifin in which nine were murdered and eighteen were injured.
