Once again a driver overlooked a cyclist at the intersection of Katharinenstrasse and Doiminikus-Zimmermann-Strasse.

Landsberg - There has been another bicycle accident at the intersection of Katharinenstraße/Dominikus-Zimmermann-Straße.
On Wednesday evening, a driver overlooked an 18-year-old cyclist while turning.
Luckily she was only slightly injured.
On Wednesday afternoon around 11:23 a.m., the 55-year-old car driver from the northern district of Landsberg wanted to turn left from Katharinenstrasse onto Dominikus-Zimmermann-Strasse, the Landsberg police said.
She overlooked an 18-year-old woman from Landsberg who was riding her bike into the city.
She was no longer able to avoid a collision and drove head-on into the passenger side of the turning SUV.
Fortunately, the cyclist was only slightly injured.
The material damage amounts to around 700 euros.
