She's not the only one.
More than five hundred people signed the request from Arthur Geslain, the president of the Plein Meaux city center merchants' association, calling on the town hall to review its copy.
At issue: the new terms and prices for paid parking in the streets of the capital of Brie, effective since January 1, 2024.

The petitioners note a positive measure: parking is now free for one hour, instead of thirty minutes until now, a measure intended to promote access to local shops.
But everything else needs to be reviewed, according to Meldoi professionals.
Starting with the lunch break.
Until the end of December, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., parking was free.
It is now finished.
“Our first fight is the return of free lunch,” says Arthur Geslain.
