Some legislators with years in Congress cannot understand that the Government has put
only the Chamber of Deputies but not the Senate
in the negotiation for the omnibus project with the governors and the allied opposition .

That approval in the Deputies does not guarantee that the vote will be automatic in the Senate, far from it.
For example, the ruling party summoned the deputies of the allied opposition but not their peers from the Senate to define a common strategy.
It happened with radicalism.
There is also no fluid dialogue with the other provincial blocks.

negotiations will have to start from scratch in the Senate
.

Kirchnerism has 33 legislators, and is only 4 away from the majority.
Ergo, La Libertad Avanza cannot afford to lose any votes.

In the middle,
the Government's relationship with the governors
