It’s an almost perfect coup for Parisian restaurants!
In their first ranking of the 100 best restaurants in France identified by them, the TheFork site and application list nine Parisian restaurants among the first ten restaurants in this top 100.
At the top of this ranking, to be published on February 3 on the platforms of the company, formerly called La Fourchette, are ranked in first position Les Rupins (Xe), ahead of Comme Chai Toi (Ve) and, in third place, the Venice Montparnasse Inn (14th century).
“This Top 100 does not aim to be yet another gastronomic ranking, but a useful and turnkey tool for all those looking for the best restaurants of the moment, whatever the occasion.
This ranking highlights tables that have received verified positive reviews from our community.
From large, popular restaurants to establishments in smaller towns, this is a ranking closest to the preferences of the French.
», explains Damien Rodière, Managing Director of TheFork Western Europe.
A top 100 updated monthly
Each month, the ranking will be updated based on the average of user ratings, verified reviews and booking volumes from the previous six months.
For this first ranking, more than half of the tables are present in the capital.
Besides Paris, many other cities have seen their best restaurants highlighted.
Thus, the Bordeaux restaurant Arcada comes in ninth position.
TheFork also offers local rankings based on the major cities listed such as Lyon, Marseille, Nice or Lille, or even less populated municipalities to be found on the TheFork site and application.
