The alleged events did not take place in the establishment

For the Stanislas private college, it would be nothing more or less than “bad timing” and no confusion should be made “between the professor's place of teaching and the cause of the suspension”, underlined in a press release from the director of Stanislas, Frédéric Gautier.

Indeed, the latter certifies that the reasons given and the facts which motivated the complaint “did not take place within the establishment and relate to the private life of the professor.

Still according to Marianne, if the facts did not take place at the Louvre school either, it was the director of the establishment who would nevertheless have contacted the public prosecutor in December 2023. Her report comes after the victim reported his accusations to the internal unit on “sexist and sexual violence” at the Louvre school.

At the same time, the student filed a complaint against the teacher for “sexual assault”.

Inappropriate comments towards students

If in the establishments cited, the directors assure that they have never had any problems with this employee, a member of Stanislas's teaching team reportedly declared to Marianne magazine that the history-geography teacher had been "reproached". on several occasions in recent years due to inappropriate comments made towards students at the establishment.”

For his part, the director of Stanislas declared that all that remained now was to “wait for the follow-up that will be given by the Rectorate to this procedure”.
