The extent of the horror left by the terrorists in Kibbutz Kfar Gaza/Avi Rokh is revealed
A group of 67 American citizens last night (Wednesday) filed a lawsuit in federal court in the United States against Iran, claiming that the October 7 massacre was "directed by the Islamic State," NBC NEWS reported.
Among the 67 plaintiffs, abductees who were released from Hamas captivity, family members of the murdered and people who were injured in the massacre.
The lawsuit is the first attempt of its kind to prosecute Iran for the murderous terrorist attack by Hamas.
According to the indictment, Iran, "a sworn enemy of Israel and the United States," used the terrorist organization Hamas to sabotage efforts to normalize relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel. As the normalization talks progressed, Iran tried to unite the Arab world around the Palestinian issue.

In a report by the US State Department from 2021, it is stated that Hamas receives funding, weapons as well as training and coaching from the Iranian army and Iran.
"The tactics used by Hamas in the attack on Israel indicate that Iran played a central role in planning the massacre," said an American intelligence officer, a few weeks after October 7.
In the months between April and June in 2023, the leaders of Iran, including Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amirbadolhian, held a series of meetings with the leaders of Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and other terrorist organizations that are members of the "Axis of Resistance", according to the lawsuit.
"On October 2, Iran gave a 'green light' to terrorist organizations to launch a pre-planned attack against Israel, using Iranian intelligence, training and military supplies."

To illustrate the dimensions of the horror of the October 7 massacre, the indictment included many descriptions, photos and documents from that day.
"The charred bodies of Tamar and Yonatan Siman Tov, and their three young children were discovered in their abandoned home in Kibbutz Nir Oz. They were found holding each other in a sort of final embrace - a scene that evokes images from the Nazi death camps," the lawsuit states.
The 67 plaintiffs are seeking compensation for damages, including compensation from the United States Victims of Terrorism Fund, compensation for legal expenses and "any other relief that the court deems justified and appropriate," the lawsuit states.
"Iran provided the terrorist organizations with resources that allowed them to murder, torture, rape and kidnap Israelis - men and women, children, young and elderly. Iran should be punished."
