Colorful mix of guests in the first episode of “Schlag den Besten”: These stars are in the RTL version of Stefan Raab’s show.

Cologne – “Beat the Best” is back.

The game show, which was originally developed by Stefan Raab (57), will soon be back on TV screens - albeit in a slightly different form.

On the one hand, the show no longer runs on ProSieben, but on RTL.

On the other hand, eleven celebrities appear as guests in each of the four planned programs.

The participants of the first show are now finally known.

Celebrity guests on “Schlag den Besten”: These stars are in episode 1

For episode one of the fourth season of “Schlag den Besten” RTL has put together a colorful cast of celebrities from various showbiz areas.

For example, the “Unter uns” actor Timothy Boldt (33) and the two artists Lili Paul-Roncalli (25) and René Casselly (27) are taking part, as are the reality actors Calvin Kleinen (31), Elena Miras ( 31), Adriano Salvaggio and Benjamin Melzer (37).

Ur-Bachelor Paul Janke (42) is also there, as is singer Lucas Cordalis (56).

From the sporting field, handball player Pascal “Pommes” Hens (43) and ski racer Hilde Gerg (48) will compete.

RTL.de had already announced in November 2023 that “Let's Dance” dancer Massimo Sinató (42), presenter Lola Weippert (27), Tokio Hotel drummer Gustav Schäfer (35), GZSZ star Felix von Jascheroff (41 ), footballer Kevin Großkreutz (35) and reality actress Evelyn Burdecki (35) will be there.

It is not yet known which of the four shows these stars will appear in.

New edition of “Schlag den Besten”: How RTL is changing the format

The fact that celebrities are competing against each other this year is also a novelty.

In previous seasons it was private individuals who took part in the challenges.

So now there are eleven German celebrities who compete against each other in ten games and can win 10,000 euros per game.

After a win, they have to decide whether they want to continue playing to possibly win even more money, or whether they want to take the money they have earned home with them.

In the last of the four programs, the two best of the season will compete against each other again and play for the season jackpot.

The show is moderated by Elton (52) and the comments on the games come from speaker and presenter Frank Buschmann (59).
