The discovery of child human remains buried in concrete inside a storage unit in Colorado has led authorities in that state to ask the public for help this week in locating two Hispanic children missing for six years.
The Pueblo Police Department issued a press release on Wednesday about the macabre discovery, in which they asked for any relevant information about the whereabouts of
Jesús and Yesenia Domínguez
, who were last seen in the summer of 2018, when the little girl was three years old and the child five.
“Police are attempting to locate two children as part of this investigation,” the statement said.
Yesenia Domínguez was approximately 3 years old when she was last seen, and would be 9 years old today.
Jesús Domínguez was about 5 years old, and currently he would be approximately 10.
The authorities did not explain whether the remains found could belong to any of the minors and indicated that expert identification work is ongoing.
