While preparing for another physical training and wearing her sports shoes, Hadar Marks decided last night (Wednesday) to share with her followers on Instagram the tumor that was recently discovered in her stomach.
Marks spoke courageously about the training program that changed following the alarming finding, but in the same breath declared her intention not to give up on herself and to continue training towards the goal she had set for herself, even if not with the same intensity.
"I have a training plan and I will keep the promises I made to myself," Marx declared in the title of the video she uploaded.
"How is this trend going?" she asked and replied: "I have a training plan, so I go running. I had a training plan, I was supposed to run a half marathon in October together with Nimi (Marx's coach; 14) and I was preparing for it."

Later she told about the discovery that was surprisingly discovered in her body.
"I even ran. I had already reached 18 kilometers and everything was great, and then they discovered an 8-centimeter tumor in my stomach, benign, and no one knows where it came from. It is clear to everyone that it came from October 7."
Towards the end of her speech, Marks asked to tell about the plan which, although it changed in light of her medical condition, was by no means completely abandoned.
"So I have a new training plan and little by little I will increase the kilometers. And I want to run in the Jerusalem race. So I will not run a half marathon. This marathon will wait. But I will run 10 (kilometers) and I will have the most fun in the world.

"I will stick to my goals and I will stick to the training plan that Nimi made me. I will keep the promises I made to myself. I have a training plan. Even at eight thirty in the evening, I go out. I have a training plan, running will not run itself," she signed.
