Julien Dumas leaves the gourmet restaurant Bellefeuille, located in the hotel in the 16th arrondissement of the capital. He is replaced by Grégory Garimbay.


Less than two months before the 2024 Michelin Guide ceremony, scheduled for March 18 from Tours, the 1-star restaurant at the Saint James hotel, in the 16th arrondissement of the capital, has just lost its chef.

He is replaced by Grégory Garimbay, thirty-year-old who won a star at the Auberge Nicolas Flamel (Paris 3rd) in 2022, before leaving the establishment last November.
