Clarín
reported days ago about a particular phenomenon in current politics.
According to analysts, a new crack is forming around the figure of Javier Milei, which represents a natural, chronological shift of the two emblems of the K vs. polarization.
anti K:
Cristina Kirchner and Mauricio Macri
.
But a
new national poll
reveals another compelling fact about the opposition.
The consulting firm
Circuitos
asked about leadership in the non-governmental space and
the former president did very poorly
.
They did not even evaluate the founder of the PRO, perhaps because today public opinion perceives him as a libertarian ally.
Circuits
is a firm that has been working for the world of politics for years.
He specializes in the Buenos Aires territory and his works usually circulate in the Peronist, K and leftist world.
Tough opposition.
Perhaps that is why Cristina's information makes even more noise.
Between January 25 and 26, the survey company directed by
Pablo Romá
conducted a nationwide survey of
1,206 cases
, with +/- 4.3% margin of error.
Fourth and down from Moreno
Although the majority of the study revolves around President Milei and his first measures, plus economic expectations, the
opposition chapter
perhaps leaves the
most curious data
.
"Which of these figures do you think can be the leader of the political opposition?"
, poses the survey and offers seven response options: six leaders (four Peronists, plus one radical and one leftist) and "I don't know."
The
fight above
is between
Axel Kicillof and Sergio Massa
.
And
the governor wins
, who ends up leading with
28.8%
.
As
Clarín
said , in other surveys the Buenos Aires president also does relatively well.
The former minister and
last presidential candidate K
is
second,
with
25.9%
.
And the podium, now with a further number, is not completed by Cristina but by
Guillermo Moreno
.
His former Secretary of Commerce adds
11.4%
.
Only in fourth place is the former president, with 10.7%. He is followed by Martín Lousteau (head of radicalism, with 7.9%) and Myriam Bregman (from the Left Front, with 3.6%). She closes "I don't know" with 11.7%.
Image and trust in Milei
As explained, most of the study revolves around the new management.
And in the Circuits
numbers
the hypothesis of the new crack is confirmed.
When asked about the
President's image
, the poles win:
28.1% see him as "very good" and 30.7% as "very bad
."
When the other parameters are added, the libertarian leader is left with a balance in favor: 45% positive against 38.5% negative.
They complete 10.4% of "regular" and 6.1% of "I don't know."

A similar proportion appears when investigating the
trust
that people have in Milei.
42.5%
like it
"a lot"
and
38.8% like it "none"
.
And things are even
more polarized
regarding the
"first measures"
of management.
42.6% agree and 43.5% disagree
.
Regarding these first measures, the survey reveals another warning for Milei. Which is related to its impact: 35.5% believe that the "main beneficiaries" are the "big businessmen" and (even worse); 50.3% believe that the "main affected" are "the workers."
These figures once again put into debate to what extent the adjustment is being paid for by "the caste", as Milei had promised during the campaign;
or the bulk of the population.
