The activist of the Radical Civic Union (UCR) and the other three women
detained near Congress
in the midst of protests while the Omnibus Law was being debated, were released this Thursday.
The UCR confirmed this through a statement in which it insisted that the four women were detained "irregularly
for singing the anthem
in front of Congress."
In the same text, that party questions the Government by pointing out that it "encourages a dangerous repressive advance on those who think differently and complain peacefully."
One of those released is
Ivana Bunge, a UCR activist
who was detained along with three other women by members of the Federal Police.
Police sources stated that there are also other men detained for the incidents who have not yet regained their freedom, and are housed in the Warden of the Superintendency of the Federal Police, in Villa Lugano.
Our lawyers report that the Prosecutor ordered the release of our party member Ivanna Bunge and other women who were irregularly detained yesterday for singing the anthem in front of the National Congress and who have just regained their freedom.

They are all charged with
the crime of "flagrancy"
as part of a case in which the Buenos Aires prosecutor Mariano Camblog intervenes.
According to witnesses, the four detained women were participating in the protest against the reform promoted by the Government that had begun in the afternoon.
"There was a group of girls singing the Anthem, they beat them, they took them away and they didn't let us get on (the police car) to preserve their integrity," Eduardo Toniolli, deputy of Unión por la Patria, denounced to the press.
Later, the legislator added: "The physical integrity of the people who did nothing must be preserved. It is an illegal detention."
We ask the national government to know the status of the radical militant Ivanna Bunge and the other women detained tonight.
We demand her immediate release.

For his part, the head of the national committee of the UCR, national senator Martín Lousteau, echoed these arrests and demanded that the national government, responsible for the operation, provide information about the incident.
Meanwhile, the national representative for the province of Buenos Aires (Evolución) Danya Tavela described the arrest of the protesters as "very serious."
"The arrest was very serious, we are already exaggerating any type of debate," said the legislator this morning in statements to El Destape Radio.
The deputy highlighted that the seriousness is also given because "it occurs within the framework of the treatment of the Bases law that seeks to criminalize the protest."
The Ministry of Security indicated that the police acted under
instructions to enforce the
public order protocol that prohibits street closures during protests.
The advance on the uniformed protesters, including with water cannons, occurred in two stages in the late afternoon.
In these operations there was one detainee, a Chilean citizen of about 30 years old.
The FIT representative Myriam Bregman, upon learning of the actions of the security forces, left the premises and approached the protest to point out before the television cameras that "Patricia Bullrich is
putting on a show to justify the law
. They want to cover it up with this".
"It is unfortunate that so many sectors lend themselves to this Bullrich nonsense, provoking and provoking. He set up a provocation outside," said Bregman, adding that the minister "
wants to see sticks, blood and repression
."
The security operation included a metal fence on all sidewalks of the Congress building and numerous troops and assault vehicles, fire hydrant trucks, motorcycles and vans and buses of the security forces on adjacent streets and avenues.
