Starnberg - Recently, Gustav Huber, Managing Director of the Starnberg District Community Foundation, presented a check for 1000 euros to the Starnberg Bridge.
For over four decades, Brücke Starnberg eV has been looking after young people who have committed criminal offenses in the Starnberg district on the basis of court instructions.
Depending on the crime or verdict, sensible punishment options and necessary pedagogical approaches are used extensively.
In addition, other problems are increasingly coming to light in connection with criminal offenses, which are dealt with in the context of psychosocial discussions.
This often shows that young people between the ages of 14 and 21 are often unable to cope with their respective life situations without the responsible support of their families.
The association's full-time social workers play a role that many young people see as a real opportunity for the rest of their lives.
The chairman of Brücke Starnberg eV, Gerd Weger, thanked the managing director of the Starnberg District Community Foundation, Gustav Huber, for his generous support.
