Building authority construction sites 2024: In addition to the major renovation of the B 307 between Neuhaus and Bayrischzell in sections, the road building authority would also like to work this year between Wörnsmühl and Leitzach, on the Sudelfeld route and between Weissach and Ringsee (walking and cycle path).

The information is still preliminary, but it gives an initial overview: the building authority would like to tackle these federal and state roads in the Miesbach district this year.

District

- The announced closure of the federal highway from Neuhaus has caused a lot of waves in the Bayrischzell local council.

As reported, the section from Aurach to Bayrischzell will only be passable on weekdays between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. and on Sundays for weeks.

The other sections are being renovated with complete closure, but there are reasonably acceptable bypasses.

The construction project can also be found on bayerninfo.de, where the correct period is now stated.

Until just over a week ago, the renovation was announced for the summer holidays.

As much as the information on the portal is preliminary, it does provide an indication of what the Rosenheim State Building Authority has taken a closer look at on federal and state roads this year and will provide more details upon request.

an overview.

St 2077 Leitzachtal

According to current plans, the state road between Leitzach (town) and Wörnsmühl is to be renewed over a length of 3.4 kilometers in August/September - with full closure.

The building authority is currently unable to comment on the exact construction time or costs.

Until now, it had been assumed that it would take around four weeks.

A bypass is possible via Hausham, Miesbach and Parsberg.

There are hardly any direct residents.

B 318 Weissach

A new pedestrian and cycle path is to be created on the federal highway between the traffic lights in Weissach and Ringsee.

Length: 1.75 kilometers.

According to the building authority, the measure should be carried out either completely this year or in two construction phases this year and next year.

“We are still in the coordination phase here.” It will probably amount to a partial closure in sections.

B 307 Sudelfeld

The road surface will also be replaced on the Sudelfeld route, covering a length of four kilometers from the first hairpin bend to the entrance to the Waldkopf lift.

According to the current planning status, the measure should be implemented in autumn 2024, after the summer holidays.

It is clear that this closure must not coincide with the one between Neuhaus and Bayrischzell.

Otherwise you could only leave Wendelsteinort to Südelmkn towards the state border.

Delay

The renewal of the road on the St 2073 between Miesbach and Großpienzenau/Thalham is still shown on Bayerninfo, but has been postponed.

“This measure will not be implemented this year,” says the state building authority.

The presentation on the Internet is currently being updated.

Another interesting thing for Schliersee: The new bridge over the Leitnergraben not far from the lido will also not be built before next year.

Mayor Franz Schnitzenbaumer had already spoken about the construction site at the 2022 citizens' meeting without immediately announcing it.

A temporary bypass is being considered, as was the case when the bridges on Spitzingsstrasse were replaced.

In Holzkirchen, the B13 should be expanded between Tegernseer Straße (kriege corner) and the end of the town (Aral gas station).

The measure would be implemented by the Holzkirchen market, it was initially said.

As the town hall announced this week, the construction site will not be tackled this year.

The residents will have to wait a little longer to find out how the following announcement from the road construction authority will be implemented: “Basically, attempts are being made to make it possible for residents to reach their properties as much as possible.”

List provisional

The building authority emphasizes that the measures mentioned above are a preliminary list.

“If the necessary framework conditions change, it is possible that measures will be added, but it is also possible that measures cannot be implemented other than planned.” This depends, among other things, on the budget and the tender.

The authority usually sees things more clearly at the end of March.

It is said that municipalities, districts, emergency services organizations, bus and transport companies and other authorities are always involved in the planning or at least informed in a timely manner.
