Enel supports the #WorldUnmatchedSocksDay, the anniversary born in an Italian primary school, to promote the value of diversity, in terms of uniqueness, and the Group's commitment to the centrality of people.

While Re-Generation, created with the Uninettuno Telematic University, allows workers over 45 to relaunch their academic career.

Assistive solutions team makes solutions and information available to employees with disabilities regarding both digital and work environment accessibility.
