After intense negotiations, Crucianelli announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Fertec.
"In the coming months,
an orderly transition will be carried out
, prioritizing the business objectives predefined by both parties," they said from Crucianelli.
Crucianelli is a family business that was born in a workshop and today is one of the main planter companies in the country.
It is located in the Santa Fe town of Armstrong and was started by Nazareno Crucianelli.
After his death in 1984, his son Raúl took over, who was the one who professionalized the company.
And since 2013 it has been led by Gustavo, one of Raúl's 3 children.
Fertec, for its part, began 18 years ago in the Cordoba town of Marcos Juárez and specializes in the manufacture of fertilizers.
It belongs to the Nort Group, led by Lisandro Tron, and employs 120 people.
90% of what it produces is sent to the domestic market, and the remaining 10% is exported.

, where they will reveal more details about this important agreement.
The expansion
Crucianelli has expanded strongly in recent years and today the group includes 5 more companies, all linked to the mother company, which is the planter factory.
One of them is Crucianelli Fabril, which is dedicated to the production of cast parts.
It markets both to supply the brand with its own planters and to third parties.
Then Leaf Agrotronics was born, specializing in precision agriculture and electronics.
Later, they created Metallo, which manufactures sheet metal parts that it also sells to the Crucianelli brand and other companies in the sector.
Later, they bet on Crucianelli in Brazil, which for the moment is only a machine marketer and provides after-sales services.
And finally, they launched Raíz, an entity.
400 people work in the Group and the planter factory covers 75% of the staff, with almost 300 people.
