Good news and bad news await users of metro line 6 (Nation-Charles-de-Gaulle/Étoile) for next week… Let’s start with the good.
Travelers who got on or off at Bir-Hakeim (Paris, 15th century) will be able to do so again from this Monday, February 5.
The century-old station near the Eiffel Tower, closed to the public since the end of October for a renovation of its metal staircases and mezzanines, will in fact once again be served by the trains which have passed there for three months without stopping.

The bad news, however, for all users of the 6 is that a series of projects to improve the line will begin on the same date, causing further disruption.
