It said: "Today you have the opportunity to demonstrate which side of History you want to be on" In the middle of the debate, the head of the Civic Coalition, Maximiliano Ferraro, issued a statement. "Today you have the opportunity to demonstrate which side of History you want to be on," said the libertarian, after a harsh statement from the President's Office. In the middle of the debate, the head of the Civic Coalition responded in the same tone: he spoke of "twitter fury" against the Legislative Branch.

This Friday afternoon, minutes before the final vote, the official account of the Office of the President uploaded a statement to its Twitter account in which it highlighted the different concessions made for the treatment of the Omnibus Law.

Javier Milei, in his private account, replied to the message and increased the pressure on the opposition deputies: "Today you have the opportunity to demonstrate which side of History you want to be on."

His words aroused a strong reaction, even in the middle of the session, with a harsh response from Maximiliano Ferraro, of the Civic Coalition.

The message from the Office of the President anticipated that "a consensus project" had been reached.

And he declared in this regard: "The time for debate is over."

The document also urged opposition deputies to "decide whether they are on the side of the freedom of Argentines or on the side of the privileges of the caste and the corporate republic."

The tension did not decrease in the closing of the text, with a harsh phrase: "History will judge them according to their performance in favor of the Argentines or in favor of continuing to impoverish the people."

For months they accused us of being anti-democratic because we exposed a political caste that only looks out for its own interests.

Today they have the opportunity to demonstrate which side of History they want to be on.

Today they have the opportunity to show which side they are on. of History they want to be in".

In Congress, and after the publications spread on the networks, the leader of the Civic Coalition took the floor, angry at the Presidency's message in which Milei increased the pressure on the deputies.

"It is inadmissible for him to intervene in the face of the Twitter fury that the State agency has against another branch of the State such as the Legislative Branch."

And he added: "Look, Mr. President, this legislative branch is trying to find solutions to articles that were impossible due to the incompetence of the Executive officials themselves. So I ask you to intervene and stop intervening in other branches of the Executive. from the President's Twitter so that the deputies can vote calmly".

In turn, at the beginning of his block closing speech, Miguel Angel Pichetto used the first seconds to respond to Ferraro.

"We live in liquid times, a Twitter and a glass of water are not denied to anyone."
