A big search operation to find survivors continued on Friday after an eight-metre-long migrantboat sank in waters off the Italian island of Lampedusa on Thursday.
The Coast Guard managed to save 49 people after the shipwreck.
There were 500 people at Lampedusa's migrant hotspot early on Friday, 350 of whom were set to be transferred from Italy's southernmost island later in the day.
