After nearly 47 years of marriage, the actress remains lucid about their relationship.
“It goes by very quickly and it’s very nice to have a companion who follows you like that.
Well, it wasn't always fun, I tell you.
He’s a boy who has a difficult character all the same,”
she explains to Isabelle Ithurburu even as Michel Ansault attends the interview.
“I didn’t take the easiest one.
His mother was worried, at one point she wondered if she could fit him in and it was me who inherited him,”
she adds with her trademark mischievousness.
“He’s not very far but he’s a little deaf so that’s why I’m talking about it
,” she jokes to hide her wounds.
It is also through trials that their relationship was built.
Indeed, in 1996 they lost their eldest son in a car accident.
“That’s the worst thing, it’s not normal.
We must die before our children.
For three years I was KO. My husband was very strong, he helped me.
And then I got up and he fell.
We supported each other, pulled together like that,” she explains before continuing: “it’s a terrible ordeal, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, even my worst enemy.

The actress adds that she still has anxiety today, 27 years after the events.
“I’m afraid for others, for mine, I’m anxious.”
